   Life Coaching is a method of directing a group or an individual to determine and achieve their goals.

At Personal Growth & Learning Center, Dr.Carole Lovell is an objective, nonjudgmental Life Coach

who works to provide encouragement, support and advice to help clients achieve their best life.

   

  Life Coaching is implemented as a professional relationship designed according to the client's expressed needs, interests, goals and objectives.This involves reflection and discussion to determine strategies and a plan to achieve goals.

    As a successful Life Coach, Dr. Lovell serves as a guide to help navigate through difficult times such as unemployment, single parenting, pain management and deteriorating relationships.

As a Business Life Coach,

Dr. Lovell has instructed businesses

on building team work and helped employees handle and prevent sexual harassment and violence in the workplace.
